Raiders of the North Sea

Raiders of the North Sea is a strategic worker-placement game set during the Viking Age. Players take on the role of Viking warriors competing to impress the Chieftain by raiding settlements, gathering plunder, and making offerings.

You will hire a crew, collect provisions, and launch raids on harbors, outposts, monasteries, and fortresses. Each turn, place one worker to take an action, then pick up another worker to take a second action, allowing for dynamic and clever planning.

Key features:

• Hire warriors and collect supplies in the village

• Raid settlements to collect gold, iron, and livestock

• Sacrifice crew to the Valkyrie for honor and points

• Make offerings to earn additional victory points

• Unique worker system with color-based placement mechanics

The game ends when only one fortress raid remains, all Valkyries are gone, or all offerings have been made. The player with the most victory points wins.
