Ra

Ra is a classic auction and set-collection board game set in the world of Ancient Egypt. Players take turns bidding on collections of tiles using their limited bidding tokens called suns.

Each tile represents different aspects of Egyptian civilization, such as monuments, pharaohs, and floods. Some tiles provide immediate points, others prevent penalties at the end of a round, and some reward players with bonus points at the end of the game.

Players must carefully decide when to bid and when to hold back, as once all of their suns are used, they can no longer participate until the next epoch. This creates tense moments where one player might claim valuable tiles uncontested before the round ends.

The game is played over three epochs, with players competing to build the most prosperous and balanced collection of tiles. Ra is easy to learn yet full of strategic depth, offering exciting decisions and suspense in every auction.
