Hues and Cues

How do you see the word “apple”? Bright red? Granny Smith green? Maybe something in between? In Hues and Cues, words become color, and the challenge is getting others to see the same shade you do.

This vibrant party game invites 3 to 10 players to guess a secret color on a massive board of 480 hues, using just a one-word and then a two-word clue. Think: “Ocean.” Is it deep navy or clear turquoise? “Morning sky.” Hmm, probably something softer.

With each round, a new player becomes the cue giver, trying to guide everyone else to their hidden color using clues pulled from everyday life, moods, materials, or pop culture. The closer your guess to the target, the more points you earn.
